Launch of ‘First Mandala’ of “Rigveda” translated from Sanskrit to Belarusian language by Ihar Kulikov

The Embassy of India in Minsk, in association with the Belarusian Ministry of Culture and National Library of the Republic of Belarus, organized a book launch of ‘First Mandala’ of Indian ancient script “Rigveda” translated from Sanskrit to Belarusian language by Belarusian writer Mr. Ihar Kulikov on 6th July 2016.  The book was published with the part funding provided by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations. The event was held at the National Library in Minsk and was well-received. Among others, former Prime Minister and presently Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus H.E. Mr. Mikhail Myasnikovich, Minister of Culture H.E. Mr. Boris Svetlov, Director of National Library Mr. Roman Motulsky, diplomatic corps, literary experts and critics, media and Mission officials were present.
