Registration of Indian students

The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India has launched an online grievance monitoring system “MADAD”. The MADAD portal has recently started a Students’ Registration Module wherein Indian students studying abroad can register themselves. A student registration module is available on MADAD portal at: http://www.madad.gov.in/AppConsular/welcomeLink

The homepage of MADAD portal provides basic guidance on how students can register themselves on this module (See link on slide http://www.slideshare.net/passportindia/how-madad-users-can-update-student-details-64161307?next_slideshow=1).  All Indian students in Belarus are kindly requested to register themselves at the earliest. Indian students seeking admission in any Belarusian university, medical or otherwise, are advised to directly approach the International Desk of the concerned University without involving any intermediary/agent.

Medical Council of India Notification dated 1 March 2018

Mandatorily qualifying NEET for admission to MBBS Course from any medical institution outside India, on or after May 2018

Indian Citizens/Overseas Citizen of India intending to obtain primary medical qualification from any medical institution outside India, on or after May 2018, shall have to mandatorily qualify the ‘National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Admission to MBBS course’. The result of the ‘National-Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Admission to MBBS course’ shall deem to be treated as the Eligibility Certificate for such persons, provided that such persons fulfils the Eligibility Criteria for admission to the MBBS course prescribed in the Regulations on Graduate Medical Education, 1997.
